  •  2-3 Prenatal visits to:

    • Identify your goals

    • Discuss your birth options

    • Risks & benefits of procedures and interventions

    • Learn & practice comfort measures

    • Prepare hospital bag

    • Discuss anything else that comes up for you

  •  Design and/or Review Birth Preferences

  •  Access to private client resource page

  •  Parent Pal: Unlimited text/phone/email support throughout pregnancy through week 4 postpartum

  •  Partner support

  •  On-Call for your labor from 37 weeks

  • Weekly check-ins from 37 weeks

  • Continuous active labor support 

  • Immediate breastfeeding support after birth 

  • 1 Postpartum visit (2 hours)

  • Birth Processing Session

  • Weekly postpartum check-ins through 4 weeks postpartum



 Everything included in the Birth Support Package PLUS: 

  •  16 Hours of postpartum care

  • Weekly postpartum check-ins through 6 weeks postpartum 




This option may be best for those looking for on-going support throughout their pregnancy experience. You are welcome to schedule a phone or zoom session anytime you'd like to explore a topic or question more deeply.
